Hotel is beautiful and in line with Olde Naples, Staff is excellent, amenities are very good. There are some start up issues, HVAC goes off line often and requires a maintence person to reset (goes off line when you open slider but does not reset when closed). If you want the Ritz Carlton, go there. If you want the best value in town, go here. Friendly, hard-working staff, a lovely pool, lots of pleasant sitting areas, three clean gas grills, a generous continental breakfast in a lovely gazebo, and more. Yes, the rooms are very basic. But if you're OK with that, it's a great place to stay.
