"They did not have a shuttle running from the airport to the hotel when I arrived. I booked this particular hotel because of the free shuttle so that was disappointing. The room was fairly clean, but when I arrived, the air had been turned off. It was very humid and took several hours to acclimate the rooms temperature to a comfortable setting. There was a bonus having a small refrigerator and small microwave , that did come in handy , since there were no restaurants walking distance. Overall, if you’re looking for a place close enough to the airport, this was sufficient."

"Room: We were missing two towels. We had only one trash can, one bar of soap, no tissues. Breakfast: No protein except the cream cheese "spread"; no fresh fruit; no fiber; juice machine broken. Overall: This location recently changed from LaQuinta to Baymont. We drove past it because we didn't see the large overhead sign from I-70. We stopped because the GPS told us to but we saw leftover LaQuinta logos and a van and thought we were in the wrong place. We went to a different motel and finally figured it out but it wasn't that easy. A heads-up would have helped."

"Water took forever and I mean like who wants to wait for 30 mins to take a hot shower? Breakfast was poor, no protein whatsoever, room smelt like it hasn't been touched in weeks."

"I booked this hotel because of the 24 hour airport shuttle, when I called at 12:30 at night I was told there was no shuttle after 12:00. Getting an Uber was not in my plan."

"Someone came knocking at the door in the hoyr before check out and didnt speak english. I spent several minutes trying to figure out what they wanted. Please leave folks alone prior to check out"
