"Superb customer service. Phenomenal ocean access to the most stunning waters, and so useful to have SUPs and kayaks easily on hand. Plus, walking distance to many restaurants and shop. Location beats the other hotel resorts on moorea"

"Here's a draft ready to paste: --- We stayed five nights at Cook's Bay Hotel & Suites in October 2026, and unfortunately we can't recommend it. The room had ants, cockroaches, and even a lizard — not acceptable for a hotel stay. Amenities were limited, and the place felt tired rather than the tropical escape it presents itself as. Worst of all was the staff. They seemed uninterested from the start, with a bad attitude, and when we needed help they were extremely unhelpful. Problems were met...

"We loved being right on the water. Huge apartment and deck over the water. Many fish in the water all the time. Didn't like that the cat had access to our bath and kitchen areas. Nice cat but did get on the counter in the kitchen. There's no way to lock the cat out because two of the walls were open to the garden."

"I had prepaid for 3 nights in Expedia. When I checked in, they tried to charge me again. I showed my receipt and they said Expedia never paid them. "Beautiful place right on the lagoon of Moorea… good food at Resturant. Easy beach and snorkel entry to water. Shuttle from ferry to pension"

"La chambre était propre tout comme la cuisine et l’accueil parfait Très sympa pour un séjour sur la superbe plage à Tema’e"

"Unit directly on the beach was great. Very quiet and relaxing stay."

"Très bon séjour passé dans le bungalow, à une prochaine fois j’espère merci"

"We had the most memorable stay thanks to the wonderful host, Kiki. So friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate. Extremely clean and the communal kitchen area was well stocked with everything you can think of. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen available to help lower the overall costs of a vacation (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker…) And having washing machine made a huge difference. We were able to pack less and keep our beach towels clean😊. You cannot beat the location. The...
