"The private beach area had perfect sand and an incredibly large tree canopy to protect you from the sun. The rooms are a bit dated, but it's a great low-cost option to experience Moorea while having direct beach access. There's also a spectacular café across the street."

"The overwater bungalows are magnificent. coral and fish for days. just a super special location with a calm bay. for an adult you are always able to glide and stand in the water. the fish love small pieces of baguette. One complaint. We were afvised of the breakfast buffet and two choices to choose from. However in the middle of it is a table that invites you to make your own mimosa. no mention of ectra charge by attendants nor a sign on n the table itself. in US, mimosas are usually included in buffet price. We had one each, they were 28.00 each. ridiculous. we spoke to manager and expected it to be taken off bill, it was not. "

"Great place to make a home base for Moorea. Close driving to great restaurants, shopping, and activities. Property was super clean and well maintained and lots of sun loungers available. The reef just off the beach is amazing, with lots of wildlife, can borrow snorkel from reception. Only issue we had (but didn’t let reception know so might be an easy fix), bedside lights weren’t working and door into room was very difficult to open/close (needed to be slammed)"

"Very unique and quiet place that was perfect for us. Would have been nice with a restaurant on the property. Only thing I would suggest to improve is to put a regular door for the toilet. Since everything is in the same room the curtain does not keep any smells out of the rest of the room."

"They have a “duplex” where there is a second story with a king/2twins in the “upstairs” level so if you need a little separation, this is a great option. However, note that there is only one bathroom so whoever is sleeping upstairs needs to go downstairs to use the bathroom and that might not work for those who are older or have mobility issues since the stairs are quite steep. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The location is GREAT with a small shopping center a free minutes away by foot, including a small grocery store. The infinity pool was lovely. There is a fitness center but it’s just a couple of treadmills and ellipticals. The AC in our room was POWERFUL so don’t worry about the heat and humidity in Moorea; you will find reprieve in your room. The only negative was that the food at the bar restaurant sucked. Really, really bad. For instance, my meal came with “wok cooked fresh vegetables” but they were clearly from a bag of mixed frozen veggies heated up in the microwave - they were soggy, bland and overall gross so stay there, but I don’t recommend eating there. Ditto for the Hilton’s Rotui restaurant. Same gross reheated frozen vegetables and French fries. Eat at Ccok hotel’s restaurant or the Sofitel. "
