"We chose the house based on security for dogs. The location and secure backgarden for the dog was great. The house had many facilities, but we ate out at all the great nearby restuarants that were within walking distance. The second reason for choosing Bella Vista was the fire in the lounge but this does not work. We had to phone the agent to find this out when we could not get it lit. "The house is quite old. The cleaning is terrible. Many of the dishes were filthy. It's a little difficult to get there. The entry is unmarked. Sea Eagle Retreat may have been the name of this property. The entrance had that board.Numerous light globes and the kitchen fan were not functioning. One of the primary TVs is unable to function. "House was perfect for our large group of 3 families. Kids and adults had the best time! House was really well stocked and furnished, very comfortable. Will definately be back!"
