"The lady who greeted us was perfect. Friendly and professional, but relaxed enough to make us feel welcome. There were some issues ordering room service. The number we were given, took us to the main call centre, where the call centre guy was terribly incompetent. But the actual hotel experience was perfect."

"I was running the Sydney Marathon so it was really just a quick stop over. Reception guys were fabulous and so helpful. They even let me quickly shower in my room even though it was after my check out time because my room had not been cleaned yet. That made all the difference for me, after running 42k the thought of getting on the train smelling from that was not appealing! Great hotel, clean and easy access to everything I needed. Would highly recommend "
