Located in the heart of the Snowy Mountains, only a 15 to 20 minute drive to Jindabyne and 45 minutes to either Perisher or Thredbo, is a fully self contained, off grid 2 bedroom loft style tiny home.

Be captivated by the incredible beauty of the area. The tiny, named the "Cozy Den", looks out over a heart shaped dam. It has breathtaking mountain views including of Perisher, enchanting snow gums and valleys. At sunset the sun reflects over the trees and dam giving it a golden reflection. The colours of the Snowies, particularly at sunrise and sunset, feel like you are looking at a picture too beautiful to be real.

Whether you are seeking to relax with a good book in hand or a home to enjoy after an action packed day of adventure, this slice of heaven is for you.
