"Amazing and relaxing stay! Place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Bunnies and horses greeted us as we arrived and throughout our stay. Keyless entry was convenient and owner was communicative and friendly. Even though I would recommend this place, I would say one downside is the location of the property. I have motion sickness and the drive to and from the location included lots of windy back roads for 20+ minutes which made me sick. Additionally, the closest convenience store is 15...

"We have stayed at many places in the area, as we visit family at least once a year—this was, by far, the best place we have stayed. The host had everything set up, including water in the refrigerator, coffee for Keurig, and a basket of breakfast goodies and snacks—all ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly and easygoing, and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there! 10/10 for sure!"

"Our family loved staying at the historic home in Lexington. The house and gardens are beautiful. John is a wonderful host who thought of everything for the house. Decorating is tops. Gardens are lovey and lush. Great stop for our weekend trip to KY."

"The house is charming, extremely clean and comfy. The linens and access to helpful kitchen items is a bonus. The ease of booking and gaining access waa seamless. The only little thing was that the sofa bed was in the same room with queen bed. We didnt need to use it but if our other guest had joined the trip it would have been difficult. The king and queen beds are very comfy. "
