Summary:
Light, spacious, brand new and very private, this beautiful house is only a few minutes' drive from the Mooloolah railway station and quaint Mooloolah township. The huge tranquil back section with large stunning heated pool is the perfect place to relax, enjoy or entertain or just escape from the hustle and bustle of Coast life.

The Space:
This beautiful home features the following:

A huge open spaced living/kitchen/dining area fully equipped with everything you could need. Double fridge/freezer, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery and so much more. Basic condiments provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil etc.

Loungeroom opens up to the spacious undercover entertainment area with pool, dining table & BBQ. Enjoy the leather recliner lounge and Smart TV.

Bedding configuration:

Master bedroom- Queen size bed with ensuite that features a double shower & toilet, large mirror, a huge walk in wardrobe and a beautiful view from the shower that looks out into the backyard and pool area.

Bedroom 2- 1 x Queen size bed, study area, TV and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3- 1 x Queen size bed, study area, TV and wardrobe.

Hotel standard linen- professionally laundered. Washing machine & dryer available.

The house is has full ducted air conditioning/heating throughout.

* The driveway caters for 3 cars, boat and a caravan.

Pool heats to 28• and runs on a thermostat. Please utilise pool covers when not using pool.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house

The Neighborhood:
Lovely quiet neighborhood, with local IGA, bakery, butcher, bottle shop etc only a 5-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
A car is needed in this area to explore all the local attractions Mooloolah and hinterland have to offer.

Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.

Please note that this property is on tank water. As we are experiencing a dry period right now, we appreciate you being as conservative as you can with the usage of the water. Please also be mindful as its on septic, no sanitary items, wipes, chemicals, etc. to be flushed. We appreciate your understanding.

A modern home out in the country
We could not have chosen a better place to stay for our time near the Sunshine Coast! This house had everything we needed and more. My family and I came here on holiday and we were looking for somewhere to stay that could accommodate our needs and was close to the Australia Zoo (less than 30 minutes from the house). The location is very cozy and modern. The owners left restaurant and store recommendations, which were very thoughtful and we took advantage of them! If we ever come back to the area, we will return to this house!
