"We stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend. Four guys and 2 wives for a golf trip at Dale Hollow. The views are spectacular and the house fully accommodated all our needs. The home was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The basement area also provided numerous games and activities to pass the time. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the views, grilled out and also ate at couple of nearby restaurants; food was very good. The host was always very responsive with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us to the Dale Hollow Lake area."

"This small cabin was a nice getaway; it was easy to get to, pet friendly, clean and quiet. The creek water is cool and clean, a good relaxing vibe on the front porch.There is an owners cabin about 100/150’ away from the rental & it was occupied by the owner and his free roaming dog the first night I was there. This information is NOT stated in the cabins listing. Both the owner and his dog were friendly but, as a solo female traveler it was a little unnerving to arrive at the property and find another person there without any prior knowledge. I did bring my dog with me and while he is social, it is irresponsible (and potentially problematic) to not let travelers know that there may be a resident dog on the property beforehand."

"Great cabin surrounded by trees and the inside was clean and spacious. This cabin is close to Big South Fork and Picket State park, making it easy to do things in both parks in one day. Would definitely recommend this cabin and area to my friends."

"Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Very comfortable with lots of games for entertainment. Outside areas offered amazing views with plenty of seating for our group of 22. We hope to be able to stay here again when we plan our annual outing for 2027."

"We celebrated our son’s 18th birthday at this cute cabin on the beautiful Dale hollow lake. We had the best time. The house had everything we needed. Pool was perfect! Plenty of room for the boys to share the basement and all the rest of us took the other two floors. Beds were good too! The owners whom live near the property made sure we had everything we needed and even brought a little birthday snack for us! She’s so cute, and helpful! A few of our favorite things were… The wildlife Being like 3 min from Sunset Marina Screened in back porch Felt like we were in the mountains Water pressure The view and the pool "

"Property was everything that was advertised, very clean, and enjoyed the large deck and Jacuzzi,dock is amazing for fishing and swimming, The fire pit table was awesome w/morning coffee while watching the sun come up.Leigh is a great host"
