"Very nice "

"This is the second time we stayed here, different name the first time. This time under the Crisol name the property itself is nice, the staff, well the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing or saying. Always got different information for the same questions and prices were always different. Hotel staff were not very friendly and at times very rude. The Restaurant at both locations was fantastic food and drink. We usually go to San Miguel about every year to two years and don’t really know if we will stay here again. One last thing, we had to put a deposit on the room and before we checked out they literally went and checked the room then came back and said we would get the deposit back in 5 days. I thought it was kinda petty but whatever. "

Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, cómodas y cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Es un destino más enfocado en el descanso que en actividades, por lo que si viajas con niños, recomiendo llevar juegos de mesa u opciones de entretenimiento para disfrutar juntos y aprovechar el tiempo de forma divertida. El restaurante es rico pero puede tener más opciones para los huéspedes que están varios días o podrían ofrecer un servicio para llevarte en las comidas a los otros restaurantes del grupo."

"We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, the pool area was very nice and we had a very quiet stay. In our opinion, the property is overpriced as we paid over $300 Canadian to stay here and if they want to charge that much, it definitely needs some refurbishing. We would return again, but would see a much lower rate in order to do so. The restaurant had varying service between dinner and breakfast. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was really quite poor. "

"El hotel es nuevo, moderno y bonito. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar la noche cómodo y con tranquilidad. Incluso tiene calefacción que en estos dias tan fríos fue de mucha ayuda. El personal es amable y muy servicial. Además ya tiene el restaurante donde se desayuna rico. También el precio y calidad del hotel son muy buenos y por eso muy recomendados para otras personas El único detalle que no nos gustó mucho fue la parte del baño donde está la regadera. Ésta abierta y sinceramente bañándose uno siente el calor de agua y de lado opuesto el frío que entonces entraba.... pero es un detalle pequeño porque entiendo que es la temporada invernal y hace algo de frío "
