"The entrance to the hotel and the lobby area are elegant in an older style and very well maintained. We were greeted by Sarah at the front desk and she was just wonderful. The rooms were spacious and very clean, but they were also very tired. They needed some paint some tile work and a little bit of love. They have an old HVAC system that only allowed the heat to be on in the entire building. We were there in late April and it got warm, made it a bit uncomfortable, however the view overlooking the harbor with an open window solved that problem. It was a great value and it was priced appropriately according to the items I referenced. Overall, because of its location and the staff, I would stay there again without hesitation. once again, thank you, Sarah. "

"This B and B is in the centre of town. Its very walkable to get around the entire place. Clean pleasant stay. Its well run."

"The hotels ignores the fact that their colleagues from the Italian airports decided to go on strike and there was no way for me to get to the hotel. I tried to change the reservation, but NO, their policies are strict. No changes on arrival date. Well my flight was cancelled on the very arrival date due to Italian strike, not mine. Why should I be the one who has to pay for Italian people going on strike?"

"Convenient location however future guests should know the lift only goes from the 1st to the 2nd floor, so I would not stay here if I had heavy luggage/mobility issues. Also future guests should note that the room stunk of stale cigarette smoke."

"Quite a nice hotel in a very good location for the train. The room was quite large and clean and the bathroom too. However the carpets in the hallway were rather dirty and this gave a negative first impression that would be easy to fix with a deep clean. Breakfast was not bad - the pastries were particularly nice - but the hot options were a bit drued up."
