"This was our first time staying at the Great Wolf Lodge. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of extra blankets,towels and pillows. The Waterpark was full. alot of kids the weekend we stayed due to Tournaments going on. So we didnt get a chance to go into the water park due to it being full with kids. All good though it happens. We were charged for parking which I had no idea. They have a huge parking lot not sure why that was an additional charge. It's right on their property. Wish check in was sooner then 4pm it takes up half your day by the time you check in your day is almost over especially if you are staying for only one night. Hard to squeeze everything in. Other than those two issues it is still a good place to go with kids."

"The main lobby was experiencing leaks in the ceiling (below other rooms) with buckets and tiles and water dripping. The room I was placed in had a leaking toilet and I was expected to turn n and off the water valve to the toilet for each use. It then plugged up due to low water in the tank at one point. I went to get breakfast in the morning with barely a scoop of eggs and waited almost 20 minutes for the next order and no forks were provided. Thr staff was extremely polite and made the stay better as best they could, but definitely needs some major improvements in the facility. "

"We found this to be a cute and charming hotel. Clean rooms and good breakfast. We will plan on staying again!"

"The indoor pool is not available to those who rent. So that was extremely disappointing information to find out upon check in. Management company was very nice. Home was pretty clean inside. The deck and porch were a mess, must have been storms prior to check in. They left a leaf blower to clean, but the rental fee should’ve covered that prior to check in. Nice place, would stay again in the summer when there’s access to the pool. Lots of sleeping space! "

"The club hours could be expanded to allow for more time.There for your family. Items in the cabin where we stayed need some maintenance , such as many of the blinds were broken. "
