"Only complaint i would have is we were in building F at the end of the property. A good 5-7 minute walk to get to the bigger pool. We dis use the small pool a couple times but only at night after a storm because the big pool is surrounded by trees so alot of stuff floating in the pool and nobody cleaned it before opening it back up after a storm.Other then that everything was amazi g there. They had a Dj 3 days in a row there at the pool, the bartenders were wonderful. And we loved the cafe...

"Communication with staff confusing. I lost my car keys running to get out of a sudden downpour. I dialed 0 and asked about said key. They had the keys. I was told by Katherine that they could not send anybody over till it stopped raining. Are you kidding me…. I was told to call back when the rain stopped. 1 1/2 hr latter it stopped raining. I called the operator back and could not get through, ringing, transferred to the wrong department. So ( with recent knee surgery walking was slow going) I...

"I really enjoyed how big the property was and how many bathrooms there were. I disliked how rude the front desk people and when I call for early check in no body can give me a simple answer. I wished it was also cleaner specially if they say you can’t check in yet cause their cleaning "
