"The hotel said my card declined and all rooms were sold out for the night. I had to sleep in side my vehicle while on my trip because there were no more hotels available in the area. Not only did I receive my confirmation code for my booking, but the staff was very rude and told me directly "this is what happens when you booked with third parties". Mind you I been a Expedia customer for 8 years and I have never experienced such horrible customer service."
