"As per the property details, this is a typical property in La Flotte. Well situated, a five minute walk from the port and the superb local market. Several downsides to the property with no practical outdoor space, a single toilet downstairs and (rather surprisingly) no wardrobe space whatsoever. "

"Petite maison avec piscine trĂšs mignonne et bien pensĂ©e avec une localisation idĂ©ale entre le port de Saint-Martin et les commerces. Nous l’avons adorĂ©e! En revanche, quel dommage que l’équipement ne suive pas : des poĂȘles rayĂ©es ( merci Ă  LĂ©a de Hoomy de nous en avoir prĂȘtĂ©s le lendemain), un aspirateur dont le balai est cassĂ©, des couteaux qui ne coupent pas et des joints moisis dans la salle de douche. Autant de petits dĂ©tails faciles Ă  rĂ©glĂ©s qui auraient valu 5 Ă©toiles ! "

"Attention Ă  la photo qui n’est pas du tout rĂ©vĂ©latrice de la promiscuitĂ© effective dans le camping !!!! C’est un camping qui reste trĂšs familial et calme , ce que nous recherchions ! La propretĂ© Ă©tait Ă©galement franchement Ă  dĂ©sirer , WMC qui ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bain donc plein de moisissures apparentes , toiles d’araignĂ©es , vaisselle loin d’ĂȘtre nickel 
 effectivement le mĂ©nage est Ă  faire avant le dĂ©part par les locataires mais je pense que cela n’empĂȘche pas un contrĂŽle ou...

"l'environnement est exeptionnel, c'est beau et trÚs calme ;le logement est bien conçu mais j'ai eu un problÚme technique avec la douche dont la paume était bouchée , peut etre par le calcaire et que j'ai du enlever pour m'en servir ( pas de tout pratique ) et je suggÚre aussi de fournir un couteau à huitres digne de ce nom ; globalent , une révision du matériel de base ne serait pas un luxe"

"Fantastic place, simple but well appointed. Loved the car free development with lots of public open space and a great communal pool. Only things to consider is there is no wi fi and no bbq which was definitely a big miss for a summer holiday rental."

"Perfect location close to the port and excellent restaurants. Small room and bathroom but really stylish and extremely comfortble bed. Everywhere in the hotel was immaculate, quirky and beautiful. Reception and all staff spoke English and were very helpful with information and suggestions. We used the disabled room by reception which made accessibilty care free. Our little dog was made welcome and was very content in the room. Breakfast served fron 7.30am and was fresh and excellent quality. We stopped the car outside to unload/load but finding the car parks with space was a little difficult. Worth it to have such a wonderful location "
