"Basic older motel good if you just want a place to stay for the night. Staff were helpful. Rooms clean but grounds a bit less so. Breakfast is severely limited. WiFi was strong. If you just need a bed, shower, TV, internet at a budget motel, this place is great!"

"We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!"
