"A lovey and "cozy" European chalet perfectly located to the place you want to ski when visiting Chamonix. Note that you are a 30 minutes bus ride away from the town of Chamonix, but right next to the best skiing. The host and management were easy to communicate with, which helped in finding the chalet complex that is tucked away just a bit. Cheers"

Point négatif : il y a des frais car ce n’est pas une réservation via un organisme français, ce serait bien de le préciser."

"We didn't lack anything. The apartment is exactly as described and pretty much perfect for a family or two/three couples and the location just couldn't be better. Walking distance to Charamilion, very close to shops in Argentiere and Grand Montets, safe, quiet and away from hustle and bustle of the centre of Chamonix. Laura is a wonderful and very helpful host. We hope to keep on returning on regular basis!"

"Alastair, the owner, has put a lot of thought into this lovely and well equipped apartment. the single bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and there are plenty of additional bed spaces with pull out bed and bed settee in the living room for a family happy to share the open space. The bathroom is lovely and a lot of thought has gone into the unusually (for this size apartment in the Alps) well laid out kitchen area. "Young family, stayed here for 1 week. Positives: The underground parking is good because the car fits with a roofbox on the roof. You can walk (10 minutes) to the Grands Montets lift. Negatives: We booked because it had a lovely looking swimming pool for our kids and the listing advertised it as an amenity. We were shocked when just before arrival we were informed (along with the self check-in instructions) that the pool would be unavailable. Turns out it hasn't been available since covid,...

"Property was perfect for a ski trip in Chamonix for me and my teenage daughter. Steps to the tram at the base of Grand Montets. Wonderful bakery, bars and restaurants basically on-site. The unit is small but maximized the use of space. Bathroom with toilet is separate from bathroom with shower and sink (and on a different floor within the unit), which was a bit inconvenient but manageable. Management was very accessible. "Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! The property is an easy walk to the main street of Chamonix (lots of restaurants and shopping) as well as a short bus ride to the gondola for skiing. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"Great location and very well equipped apartment, always warm and lots of hot water. Good ski boot room and storage. Small but perfectly formed. However there was someone else’s facecloth in the bathroom when we arrived. Also, after stripping the beds at the end of the stay (as requested) the blue mattress cover under our sheets was quite stained & it wasn’t from us."

"The hotel was ok and fine for 1 night, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. It was a bit grubby in places and the bathrooms would have benefited from some mould spray. We had a dreadful nights sleep, the mattress was so thin, there were no spare pillows. Also the room was incredibly hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the patio doors open, for safety, and there were no windows to open.
