"Fantastic property, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The chalet was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and warm. The kitchen was really well equipped, perfect for a family of 5 or more. The garage was ideal for storing all the ski equipment, everything had been thought of. Great views across Samoens and a short walk down hill to the village. Highly recommend this wonderful property."

"We loved this beautiful, charming, rustic traditional Chamonix chalet nestled in the quiet part of Chamonix. Only a short 15 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Chamonix and yet the chalet was so peaceful and quiet at all times. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The next door neighbours act as agents for the owner and are super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay in this chalet again."

"Leider mussten wir in der Küche alles zuerst putzen bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Auch den Grill konnte man nicht benutzen da er so dreckig war. Die Polster auf der Lounge draussen waren zerrissen und voll mit Vogelkot. Für diesen Preis hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet."

"Het huis was heel fijn, van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren met 14 personen en de keuken was hier goed in voorzien. Ook heel fijn dat iedere kamer een eigen badkamer heeft. Voor de bus naar Pre la Joux moet je een klein stukje omhoog lopen, is op een paar minuten loopafstand. Het centrum kun je lopend bereiken, ongeveer 20 minuten. We zouden het huis zeker aanraden!"

"Chalet Oscar is in a fantastic location central to town. We had a big group (6 adults and one infant) which works well in the layout of the chalet. It is only 8 mins walk to a great bakery, 2 minutes walk to a fantastic bar and about 10 minute into the centre of town. Access to activities was brilliant and we got free train passes from the tourist office which made for a great week when not much else was open. The chalet has a great layout with the ground floor being completely self contained...

"We stayed for a week in March 2020. Excellent property, well equipped with everything you need. Very quiet, in a rural setting with a great view. The ski bus stops just down the road so getting to and from the property was really easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! The property is an easy walk to the main street of Chamonix (lots of restaurants and shopping) as well as a short bus ride to the gondola for skiing. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"
