"Het 200-jarige huis was perfect voor een week fietsen. Met een goede ligging onderaan de Ballon d'Alsace, zijn er genoeg opties om mooie ritten te maken. Het huis mag dan 200 jaar oud zijn, aan faciliteiten geen gebrek. Grote hoeveelheid aan serviesgoed, een vaatwasser, wasmachine en voldoende ruimte om te leven en voor de fietsen, maakt het perfect."

"Nous avons passé un week-end sympa en famille, avec nos 2 chiens. Nous avons apprécié la communication facile et agréable avec les propriétaires, le baby foot dans la chambre d'enfants. Mais le montant demandé ne nous semble pas en adéquation avec la maison : certains lits sont inconfortables, l'ameublement hétéroclite et parfois très vieillot (certaines chaises perdent leur vis), la cuisine est équipée mais dans le même esprit que le reste de la maison, un coin salon un peu chiche pour un grand...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet et nous serions restés plus longtemps si nous n'avions pas eu une raison de partir. Dès le début, Françoise et son mari ont fait preuve d'une grande flexibilité, car nous avons dû déplacer nos dates. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, ils nous ont accueillis et nous ont montré le chalet. "This house sits on the edge of a forest on the side of the hill above the small town. It feels very private and remote, the hamlet is very spread out. It's about 45 min from Ballon d'Alsace, so there is plenty of great hiking in all directions, and also towns and other places to reach from there. The town is just a few minutes' drive which has bakeries, pharmacies, post office, supermarket etc. The house was clean, the rooms are a little small but fine. The kitchen is quite small but also fine...

"We picked a scorching week to be at the house, one day was 38 degrees! House was great, plenty of room inside and out, great communication with the owner and it suited our needs as a base to enjoy great roads on our motorcycles. Very handy having a Lido nearby to cool off in."

"J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Jacques, la maison est confortable et bien équipée, les échanges avec Jacques ont été tout à fait aimables et amicaux. Par dessus tout j'ai apprécié le calme de l'endroit, tout cela à moins d'une heure des plus beaux lieux en Alsace et dans les Vosges."

"Finding a place to stay that feels special but also like a home is hard to find. Le Petit Soultzbach is this kind of place. A working farm and lovely host. Fresh eggs and homemade honey as well as a traditional Alsacian cake was a wonderful surprise. And our host was so warm and friendly. A must stay."

"Wij hebben hier met ons gezin, 7 volwassenen, een lang weekend doorgebracht. De foto's doen het huis geen recht. Het is ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien, en zeer fraai ingericht. Het terras voor en de riante tuin achter zorgt voor enerzijds een idyllisch plaatje en is daarnaast een oase van rust danwel biedt ruimte om te badmintonnen enz. Ons verblijf was een succes en ik raad het zeker aan."
