"The staff was very helpful, we arrived late at 9pm, We had reserved a renovated large room and they were able to upgrade to a room with air conditioning. It had a wonderful Lake view from the bed and balcony. And a brand new large bathroom, 12ft high ceilings, still in its original state. It was exactly what we were looking for. A very heritage building. Only thing, no coffee machine in the room, but amenities downstairs were excellent, and wonderful coffee and service, I brought it up to the room, then we would go down for breakfast. Restaurants were very nice, helpful staff and good food. I recommend this hotel."

"I was honestly surprised by how lovely this stay was, after reading some of the reviews. If I had known how great this hotel was, I probably would have planned to stay longer! The woman working at reception was delightful and funny. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a fan, an iron and ironing board, as well as the usual amenities. The room had a balcony with chairs that was very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was classy and had a great view. I have no complaints at all! Highly recommend this place."

"Very nice modern and clean room. Location was good and breakfast was excellent, with a wide assortment of hot and cold food. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Convenient for the bus, which was free thanks to the complimentary travel card."
