Unit Layout
You will be staying in a luxurious 3-room apartment spanning 120 square meters on the 3rd floor. The living/dining room boasts an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only), cable TV, and air conditioning. It also provides access to the balcony. One of the large rooms features a double bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), a bath/shower/WC, a hydro massage bath, TV, and air conditioning. The other room has two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long each), a TV, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules. It also has a hatch connecting to the living area. There is an additional bath/WC. The apartment has gas heating and floor heating as well. Just an example, the balcony measures 14 square meters and is furnished with balcony furniture.
