Experience the charm of the Dordogne in this comfortable 50 m² air-conditioned house, set in a carefully restored former stone barn. Nestled in a peaceful, elevated hamlet, it offers a tranquil atmosphere and beautiful open views of the rolling countryside from its sunny terrace.



Inside, you will enjoy a bright and welcoming space: on the ground floor, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a dining table that converts into a pool table, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dressing area. Upstairs, there is an attic bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, plus an en-suite shower room and a toilet.



The house features a 200 m² unfenced garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Games are available for your leisure.



Bed linen and towels are provided, and cleaning is included for a worry-free stay.
