"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Cet hôtel a une belle vue sur la colline, avec une chambre grande dans laquelle on a pu caser deux lits parapluie pour nos jumeaux (en plus d'un lit double et un lit simple enfant). "Emilie the host and owner gave us a warm welcome! The building is magnifique and a joy to stay at! Calm, clean, historic with very comfortable bed and a nice breakfast to start the day with. Its courtyard house a big pool : great!! Gaillac is a pretty town & lots of beautiful sites to explore around it! World definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Delga!"

"I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'Hôte, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring."
