Bring linens and pillows

A few problems occurred and once we contacted the host, he turned off his cell phone, not to mention the hidden fees and we did 0 damage to the property and didn’t get our deposit refunded, and the instructions say there’s a cleaning fee even though your expected to do all the cleaning. Dealing with LIV MONTREAL. Was one of the worst customer experiences of my life.
