Great condo in great location
So happy that we stayed here during our trip to Montreal. We are a family of 4 and this was very pleasant, comfortable and conveniently located. The condo was lovely - very open with tall ceilings and good light and well furnished. Beds were quite comfortable as well. The condo is located across from a small grocery, patisserie (bakery), and Starbucks and walking distance to a number of restaurants and fairmount bagel (Montreal bagels are great!) as well as mont royal park home of the tam tam festival. Only negative is every night we heard the upstairs neighbors seemingly stomping back and forth for 20 mins. Otherwise, is certainly recommend this place for a comfy stay.

nice apartment condo experience feels like home
Pleasantly surprised, great location in the nice Plateau area. Walk to nearby markets, restaurants and small shops. Staying there feels like you live there like a local and gives you a more real experience than a hotel. Very convenient to have the washer/dryer and full kitchen. Nice to have a Keurig machine even though Starbucks is across the street and downstairs is the yummy local Van Houtte coffee. Would stay here again and spend more time exploring!

Great location and comfortable.
We usually stay in a hotel however there is usually a lack of personal space. We travelled with our two adult sons and found The Laurier was set up that we could enjoy family time and could get away for some quiet personal time too. Beautiful hardwood floors, tall ceilings and bright windows. Great location - close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed walking to Mont-Real Park. Also appreciated the new beds and bedding.

Great apartment for families, ideal location!
This apartment was large and accommodated our family of four well. The location was perfect and in a trendy neighborhood. There are restaurants, boutiques, and cafés all over which made it very easy for a family to go out for a quick meal, grocery shop, and access the best parts of the city. The apartment itself had all the amenities, and the host greeted us when we arrived. Lawrence and Christine checked in with us frequently to ensure all our needs were met and were just lovely. We highly recommend the Laurier apartment. It was a perfect stay in the perfect city.

Wonderful find
We were looking for a place to stay in Montreal for our family vacation. With two adult boys, we had outgrown a single room with multiple beds for more than a 1 night stay. This apartment offered us great accommodations at a decent price. 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and dining room for breakfasts in a great neighborhood with grocery shopping nearby. The washer and dryer also helped cut down on what we needed to pack. We were just looking for a place to stay and were happily surprised by the neighborhood and local restaurants and brewpubs (you have to try Dieu du Ceil if you like micobrew). Before check-in we were a bit concerned due to the lack of reviews. No idea why- they earned good ones. The owners were great to work with and all the miscellany needed for a good stay was supplied- laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, etc. There was even coffee for the Kurig and tea! Wifi was included as well.

Nice facility and convienent location. It was nice to have a parking space available nearby...although it costs 15 dollars per day. Great for family of 5+ as it has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6. Only downside was the Wi-Fi experience, it was very slow. Be sure to read the fineprint where it says you need to pay additional cleaning fees of 115 dollars, in addition to the rate quoted on Expedia! It will be more economical if you stay longer for this additional 115 dollars cleaning fees!

Un parfait mix pour passer un séjour appréciable
Tout est réuni pour un séjour parfait. De grands espaces, 3 chambres, un bon équipement très complet et un hôte pour vous accueillir sympathique. La proximité immédiate de tous les commerces et dans un quartier agréable et branché. Pour le petit déjeuner, super boulangerie à 50 mètres. Bar à côté nommé "l'autre bar" super sympa et très conviviale. Si vous allez y boire un coup, bon choix de bières et de vins, passez le bonjour à Samuel, le patron, de la part de Soledad et Frank de Perpignan. Passez un bon séjour.
