The location was great and it has parking which is great for old Montreal. It was beautiful, clean and the staff were so nice. What more can you ask for :) the Resturant seemed happening but we didn’t get a chance to try it out.

Hotel with a cool vibe. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The king bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was comfortable enough to sleep in and get a good enough sleep but don't rely on it if you don't have to. For one or two night it's adequate

The positive first. Yubari restaurant is one of the best Japanese meals I’ve ever had. The location of the hotel is excellent and right in Old Montreal. However for what paid, there is a mismatch. Each day after cleaning I did not have any bath towels, water nor lotion. And the room was never put back properly, ie. all the pillows were on window, no coffee refill, etc. I shouldn’t have to call front desk to get towels. I couldn’t shower after back for the day and had to wait. Also the furnishings and structure needs TLC. If I ever stay there again it would have to be half price. But there are so many other hotels…

The hotel was in a fantastic location for taking in Old Montreal and the building was very beautiful and old. The staff were friendly and responsive whenever we needed a recommendation or help with our luggage, etc.! The inside of the hotel was more modern than I was expecting with very dark hallways and the absence of architectural details, which lacked the charm of the old building. But overall a great place to stay.
