The room we stayed in was desperately in need of renovation. Big stains in carpet, counters worn down, broken lamps, cabinet doors falling off when you went to open them, the tub was so old you sunk down in the middle...I honestly think it was a miracle that we didn't fall thru at one point during our stay...and the list could go on. Management wasn't open to requests. Breakfast was typical for a hotel, and it is in a central location.

Older hotel, room cleanliness alright at best. Confusing on checking in where to park I would return though, people were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and great location.

Although the bed was broken when we arrived, and the suite itself looked a lot less dazzling in person, the staff is what made our experience extremely satisfying. When we notified them of the issue with our bed and that we didn't mind staying in there since we didn't have time to switch rooms, they took note and were very kind and accommodating. Thank you for making our short trip quick and easy! Hopefully, the bed will be fixed for the next guest.

The male staff who welcomed me at the reception was helpful, professional, smily and nice. That was a very good start. I couldn't find a parking and he offered their own parking for hàf the price. Next morning, I got disturbed at 11 sharp for check out although I put the sign do not disturb, in the middle of private moment. She even entered the room! 5 minutes later, they called the room to ask me to leave. I needed an extra hour until 12 and they refused. We packed up in a rush and left, frustrated and upset. C'mon!

The room I was in was not in good shape. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The bath tub had a rust spot about 3” by 5 or 7 inches due the enamel wearing off. Every counter in the kitchenette and bathroom were chipped. Every piece of furniture was also very chipped and worn. Very disappointed by lack of housekeeping. Was told when we checked in that we would only have housekeeping once for our 3 night stay, however we never had any housekeeping or fresh towels brought in during our stay. When I asked for extra hand towels and wash clothes i was asked to come down to the lobby to get them myself. Overall I would not recommend anyone staying there.

Poorly managed hotel room carpet was very smelly, dirty, old furniture, mosquitoes in the room and in the breakfast area. Bathroom shower had no pressure at all. Toilet kept running. Asked the receptionist to change the room she would not do.
