- Hourly Street Parking: C$3.75/hr during 9AM to 9PM
- Daily Parking Pass: C$14/day to park on the streets that is usually reserved for local residents in the whole neighbourhood.
- Paid Parking Lot: C$25/day. Open air lot 150 metres away.
- Free Street Parking: Limited availability but is possible in some streets. Please refer to parking signs.
If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.
Please don't use towels to remove makeup or anything else that stains. Please understand that we are not a hotel and damaged furniture and home goods are a significant issue.
That being said, accidents do happen, so please, if there ever is a problem just let us know. Most of the time it's not a big deal and, at the very least, we'll be able to start figuring out any logistics before the arrival of the next guests. And that's always a huge help for us.
No parties or excessive noise is allowed. Therefore, If we are notified of sustained noise you will be charged a C$ 500 fine.
No smoking under any circumstances anywhere within the premises of the apartment. Smoking inside severely disrupts the stay for the next guests who may be allergic to smoke. Therefore, breaking this rule will incur a C$ 500 fine.
Check-out is at 11 AM, you will receive instructions on how to request a later check-out (maximum 2:00 PM) the night before. Unapproved late check-outs cause severe disruptions to our operations especially if the unit is booked by someone else after you. Your belongings may be removed after 2 PM in the event you are not present. Therefore, you will incur a C$ 250 in the event of unproved late check-outs to facilitate our extra logistics expense.
Although my co-hosts and I are always available by phone call or airbnb messages 8AM-12 Midnight 7 days a week, if something non-urgent needs to be fixed or delivered, we may only be able to provide it between 10 AM-6 PM every day. However, never hesitate to ask, we may find a way.
In the event of more severe issues, we will make our best efforts at any hour to resolve it, otherwise offer you a similar or better alternative apartment nearby. In any case, you are entitled to a refund of nights not spent if you wish to leave because of an issue we could not resolve, no questions asked.
Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
