We only saw her once outside of check in and check out and that was to bring some new umbrellas, but she was eager to help and provide us with information of the surrpunding areas. "This was a superb experience. The house was so well equipped, the pool was magical but best of all was Laurence and her family who were so quick to respond to any problems, yet stayed out of sight at all other times. It was exemplified on our last night when we all went out for a final dinner and our hosts asked if we would mind if they used the pool. As the temperature was around 32 degrees it seemed an excellent idea. About as perfect as any holiday we have had — and we have had a lot!"
