"I had a problem with Expedia, not Comfort Inn. Expedia said check-in was 11:00 A.M., and I planned my day around that, but upon arrival I was told I could not check in until 3:00 P.M., leaving me with 4 wasted hours and no place to go. Staff was courteous and helpful, though I was a bit put off by interacting with someone on a screen (were they on the property??) versus someone at the front desk. But they were helpful, the room was fine, the breakfast was decent, and the stay was pretty pleasant."
