They were able to assist in good deals, in good restaurants and went above on beyond! Transport to old town and tourists areas is easy, cheap bus, and cheap ubers if you prefer. The check-in was a little awkward as the individual who met me was extremely young. The lockbox for the key did not give you the option to reset the code, and it made me uncomfortable as to how many people might know the code so I kept my key with me.
