"I actually thought the hotel was at the airport but it is not, it’s about 2-3 miles and they offer a shuttle to and from but we couldn’t find them to take from the airport to the hotel so we got a cab and they charged us $35 euros (we got taken advantage of) so I would recommend to get the info before landing to prearranged that and save money! We did get a ride back to the airport the next morning. The room was standard and nothing special about the bathroom but it did the trick! "

We had to continually ask for supplies at reception. Apparently it was the hotel policy to only supply on arrival. Not reallgood enough for a 4* hotel"

"Nice location. Safe. Clean. Very big rooms. Great Views. Felt like a North American Hotel. Downside was no year-round pool and the noise. Seems they built the hotel with no wall insulation. I could hear all noise for rooms next door and above/below. Two nights of six nights I was awaken at night due to loud talking. During day can hear lots. Be sure to have a Bluetooth speaker or be able to sleep with TV on. "

They have a very nice happy hour and our bartender Jordi was outstanding. Great service with a smile and great drinks. The location of the hotel was perfect right in the heart of the gothic district with so much to see and so. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there on our next trip to Barcelona. We highly recommend this hotel. "
