"This was a very pleasant hotel and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and there were 2 complimentary waters in the room. The rooms were a bit noisy as you can hear every conversation in the hallways . The hotel on some level reminded me more of a Hostel than a hotel . But I would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent customer service. Mum loved the buffet breakfast and all the different options. The way to the lifts was a bit tricky with the hallway and turns in the beginning but sorted out after a few days. The pool was lovely and the spa was just spot on. The room was very comfortable and the room service was always very good and very affordable. 100% recommended"
