"Lamaro Hotel was a brilliant hotel to stay in from start to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and stylish. It has a stunning rooftop bar with drinks and tapas, of which you can access for free as a hotel guest and you don’t have to queue up either. The staff are very friendly and attentive, noting my wife’s birthday and ensuring there was a surprise cake in the room and a hand written letter wishing her happy birthday. It’s also perfectly located in front of a beautiful landmark cathedral, and within the Gotchic Quarter. It’s a walking distance from the famous La Ramblas, as well as nearby great public transport options to get around the city. Upon check-out, we were about to take the train to the airport and the concierge offered us a complimentary transfer service which is provided by the hotel, this was exceptional and saved us money and time as well. "

"Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. It was two twin beds pushed together to make a queen sized bed. There are large lockers for €2 to hold your luggage if your room is not ready. I was able to fit a medium suitcase, an under the seat luggage, a full backpack, and two CPaps in one locker. In another locker, we got a large suitcase and a backpack."

"The standard rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel was quiet and has a very nice breakfast buffet. It's located in a great part of the city with numerous places to eat and shop within walking distance. The metro and regional underground train station is nearby and convenient."

"I have to say that this hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast in the hotel was so delicious and had a variety to choose from and it wasn'texpensive. I attached pictures. My favorite part of my stay was the rooftop 360 bar and pool area. I didnt get to use the pool long but it was refreshing and clean. Towels are provided on the pool chairs so that's nice. The bar drinks are amazing and not too expensive which is also nice. Our room was large and gorgeous. The area seems a little weird at night but it is beautifully located to all the tourist areas, as long as you love to walk or dont mind taking ubers/taxis. I will be back to visit Barcelona and I will definitely stay at Barcelo Raval again!!! Thank you all for your hospitality!!"
