"The accommodation is excellent and I can thoroughly recommend it. I would have given it 5* but being picky the skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned for a while but otherwise was excellent. The Hotel.com instructions are out of date and insist on contacting the hotel within 24 hours of arrival but this is unnecessary. Besides, the phone number given is no longer in use! We had a room with a good size balcony and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent and finishes at 11am, which is late by most hotels standards, as is the checkout time of midday. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this hotel! "

We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado. Would happily stay here again when in Toulouse."
