"Brilliant place to stay "

"Beautiful hotel set around two cortyards. Really helpful staff for the whole stay and full of local information. I stayed on the ground floor which had a little noise in the early evening from the courtyard and the street but nothing too much. The rooms are really thoughtfully decorated in Moroccan style. A lovely stay. "

"It was good! Really lovely little place. Not sure if the receptionists spoke much English but the place was lovely. Shower worked well, air con was a life saver - only slight issue which is probably not fixable was a few ants here and there, but as it’s such an open hotel there’s really not much that can be done about that. Location is great, moments away from the Mezquita Cathedral, would recommend coming here, especially if you’re backpacking etc. Slight disadvantage that the station is about...

"Couldn't arrive on my first night. Property didn't respond to my message letting them know of this. Then contacted me , not having read my previous message, and said no problem. I arrived next day in the morning only to find that it was too early, which they didn't let me know the day before. After calmly asking (by SMS) for instructions I got berated and scolded by the person in charge. After asking for confirmation of when the reception would be open (posted hours in the door were different...

"The property was very close to the main tourist attractions and we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go. The staff was very helpful and gave us tips on what to see when we asked. We had a late check out so they gave us clear instructions on how to get in - be sure to tell them if you're going to be late as there won't be anyone at reception to help afterwards. The place was also very clean and the staff was kind"

"It was a pleasant stay and the bed was comfortable, but I got badly bitten during the night, on my face, arms and ankles. I cannot say for sure, as I could not see any evidence, but maybe the bed had bedbugs or fleas. "

"Lovely property in the Andalusian countryside. It is a really nice place to rest and relax in but is only a 20 minute drive to the shops and less than 2 hour drive to cities/sites in different directions- Seville, Malaga and the coast, Granada, and less than an hour to Cordoba. "Nine of us had a great 10 days. Easy to get to from Málaga. We were made very welcome by the hosts. The pool is a distance from the house which we were a little concerned about but it actually was OK and there is a fridge down there!"

"Great new hotel, easy to check at the near by Eurostar as per instructions. It would be nice if they provided some coffee/ sugar and milk to make a coffee early in the morning. "
