"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"The apartment was clean, we didn’t need a air condition at all. If you want escape from crowded places, this will be a very good choice. You have the good top view at the city near the beach. We were in May, so the weather was rainy and sunny, so we could visit kulturell points and enjoy the see and swim. The hostess is a very nice person and is flexible, so we could arrange one or another points at the place. Many, many thanks for warm welcome"

"Fantastic apartment, has everything you need and is very spacious. The apartment is in a courtyard that has many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. There is a grocery store literally 20 seconds out the front door. There is a large alleyway that goes all the way to the train station (15 minutes), that has every kind of store you need and has fabulous shopping."

"We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the upper floor for 1 week. There is another apartment below that was not occupied. The laundry room is downstairs and is shared with the apartment below. The apartment is very bright and clean with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight for us was the large terrasse with a fantastic view of the harbor and the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. Our car was safely parked in a garage which is a big plus....

"Apartment is very well kept and in good condition, the property is not in Cinque Terre, you have to take bus to train station (once there easy to move around the 5 villages). Host was very service oriented and informative. Something practical about the apartment is that it’s walking distance to La Spezia marina, if you want to take boat tour to Cinque Terre villages. "

"My parents stayed at the villa for about 2 months, and it was perfect for them and their multiple guests. Severino & Enrica we’re wonderful, they even picked my parents up from the train station in LaSpezia and drove them to the apartment. I stayed with my parents for about 3 weeks and met the host personally too. Just as advertised. There is a bus and a walking path into Lerici which are both very convenient and parking very close by if you have a car."

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."

"very helpful team. the property is convenient for a good choice of restaurants and the beach but you need a car to visit the area. the only downside was a couple of days during our stay there were conferences which meant parking was difficult."

"The exceptional host " Nasrin" greeted us on arrival, we were early for check in so she kept our bags for us(no charge) then after a explanation of the keys etc told us to go and look around and she would take our bags to the room for us. Perfect for a couple of weary travellers. Nasrin got us extra coffee and even came to our rescue when we couldn't lock our door, only to find it was magnetic and would only lock when we actually closed the door. The location is in the centre and close to the train, plenty of food options in the street below. "
