"The checkin system didn’t work for me. I arrived after check in time started at 2pm but there was no one at reception. Via texting and with the help of another guest who was French also trying to check who spoke on the phone in French we were told how to do the whole thing ( via QR code and online) 2 hours later I received a text msg from B&B telling me how to check in. But 2 hours too late. Otherwise staff when present were friendly and helpful and room was clean"

"L’immeuble est d’origine ce qui fait son charme. Mais je ne crois pas que c’est un 5 étoiles. Le déjeuner pour deux personnes a coûté €30 et le lait pour le café c’était du lait condensé. Le lavabo de la salle de bain sentait les vieux égouts."

"Great location for exploring the city (easy to find near the Cathedral). Lovely rooms although no small sink in the separate toilets. Staff very helpful although in the bar often stretched due to demands. Lovely breakfast (you can order eggs) but surprisingly only bar snacks in the evening. Would stay again as we didn’t get time to try the spa."
