"Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu toppen. Wir waren schon 10 mal in Korsika aber diese Location übertrifft alles. Zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig. Herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht und den Leuchtturm. Eigener Zugang zum Felsenstrand direkt neben Haus. Nur 30 Stufen. Kein Massenstrand. Für Zugang zum Meer werden Taucherschuhe empfohlen und Schnorchelausrüstung, da es gleich 5 m tief abfällt. Bei Wind und Wellen ist Vorsicht geboten. Wanderung zur Revellata hin und zurück 16 km direkt am Haus...

"We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Urtaca, hosted by Danielle, who is the nicest hostess we have had many years of VRBO travel. She really made us feel at home in her little village and was always ready to help (living close by) and share her knowledge of the area and culture. "Catherine has done a great job of putting together a very comfortable place to stay while in the north of Corsica. This is a beautiful and newly built and furnished duplex with its own pool and great privacy. Just a 10-minute drive up the hill from Calvi and close to many nice beaches (and vineyards) nearby. "The villa provides accommodation for up to 8 people unless you want to use the fold down in the main room. All rooms are smallish but with good storage and comfortable beds and aircon. There are enough bathrooms/ showers and loos. None en suite. The outside space is a big covered terrace and a bbq and large swimming pool. This shared but has never caused a problem and when neighbours have been there they have been courteous and considerate. The check in arrangements ha gone wrong each time. So...

We loved watching the red kites and also seeing the planes take off and land from above (there are so few of them it is never disturbing). The house is spacious and we loved the style inside and out.
