"Great room, clean and quiet. Just be aware that their is no wall for the shower. Breakfast is expensive (but everything is expensive at Zürich) location was not the best, need to use the tram for transportation, it’s about 25 min away from main attractions. Never felt unsafe. "

The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality. "As is the case with most hotels in Europe, the air conditioning does not operate at this time of year; they fail to take into account—at the very least—those tourists who are accustomed to using it regardless of the season. The room was very basic, despite the fact that we were informed we had received a free upgrade—I would hate to have seen the most basic room."
