Kitchen is fully stocked; all bed linens, towels, shampoo & conditioner and soaps are provided. Waterfront Boat dock with cleats for storing your boat in front of townhome. Enjoy lake life living with all the conveniences of the city. We provide Cable, high speed Wi-Fi, full size Washer/Dryer. Water front covered Patio, with lounge furniture and dining table and Propane grill. Enjoy fishing, or swimming off the dock or floating in front of the quiet cove. The waterside yard is large and spacious, bring a Volleyball net, Corn hole or Washer Boards for entertainment. Just minutes from Margaritaville, Walden Yacht Club and the Walden Pool and numerous other restaurants and stores for your convenience.

Great stay at the lake!

This property was great and had everything we needed! It has one of the nicer updated patios with fans and great lighting for enjoying time outside. It is very quiet! Beds are high- this was tricky for my older parents. Great neighborhood near club and pool.

Great house and location.

This is a beautiful house. Very clean and well stocked with supplies. The deck was right outside our back door. I would definitely recommend staying here. I plan to return and rent this one next summer.

My family and I were in the Montgomery area for the Renaissance Festival. The 6 of us enjoyed this property; it’s views of the Lake and all its amenities. Check in and check out was easy. I would highly recommend this property!

This home was beautifully updated and well decorated. The kitchen was furnished with everything you could possibly need to entertain family and friends. The home had a nice view of a quiet cove with a large deck area and shaded back yard. We had a wonderful stay!

Was a great boating trip.

We stayed for three nights with some friends and kept my boat tied to the dock right out side the condo. The property and the area worked perfectly for us. The condo itself was just as advertised and very nicely appointed with all the items you would need. A+ would stay again David

Quick Getaway

Great place to stay with teens. The bed arrangement is great for older kids that each want their own bed. :) Was easy to get our boat in and out and tied up for the night. Kitchen is well stocked- everything you need is here. Great stay for the weekend- wish we had more time!

The house was in a perfect location right on the water ! It was very clean and stocked with so many things to entertain the kids ! A bunch of games for the whole family to play. The kitchen was equipped with every utensil you may need while cooking. We will definitely be back and stay here again!

Overall our time there was relaxing. Swimming, fishing, boating, the view, and the house layout is perfect for multiple families. Well taken care of place. You can always tell when the knives are sharp. We refilled the propane tank for the grill. :) Upstairs tv sound is not working.

Bring your boat!

Great place to stay with 3 generations and a boat. Very convenient place to tie boat up right in front of property, and nearby boat launch/trailer parking too. Nice kitchen where we cooked our meals (we didn't want to leave!) but plenty of nearby restaurant options to boat or drive to. One master suite downstairs, second master suite upstairs, along with a bunk room, and an optional loft with trundle which is great to expand the sleeping options if you need. Game cabinet stocked with board games and coloring books for kids, good for the heat of the day, along with a small library upstairs in the loft. Covered outdoor patio with bbq and firepit available which would be great for the cooler season (we did not use). There is a ladder for lake swimming access but it seemed locked and we did not try to use since we had our boat. Plenty of all the extras such as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee, filters, sweetener, seasonings ... automatic in-door chilled water and ice dispenser on the fridge ... such a great comfortable place to spend a weekend or longer.

Peaceful & Relaxing

The hosts are super people. They are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Their home (unlike other VRBOS we have stayed in) gives comfort in that it is super clean. The sheets smelled fresh. The kitchen linens were spotless. The bath towels also very fresh. This host provides so many extras that are not found in other VRBOS. For example, foil, baggies, trash bags, and cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bath. They have shampoo and liquid bath soap in the showers along with liquid hand soap by each vanity. They provide Kleenex and TP. The basics are met and even more. When you walk into their home, they have every switch labeled so that you can quickly and easily identify the pot lights in the ceiling, the ceiling fan and the fans. That is super important because the lighting in the home is just tremendous. There are dimmer switches all over the place. There are multiple fans. The Blinds on the back of the house are electric. SUPER SUPER EASY TO USE....VERY NICE AMENITY! The hosts go out of their way to provide coffee and associated fixings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you could want. They go the extra mile to provide multiple types of place mats. It made setting the table for meals extra nice. The home is beautifully furnished. We didn't use all the bedrooms as only 3 adults but there looks to be plenty of room of kiddos. TVS in every room. They have a pool pass which we didn't use but seems like a sweet extra. The home is immaculate and the hosts are super hosts! Yes....I would recommend.
