This cozy one bedroom apartment is located just off the Walden golf course, on beautiful Lake Conroe. Small and comfortable.

The facility is located just off the golf course in a quiet neighborhood, with great access. Our host was gracious and available to us at every turn. The facility is neat, clean, and very comfortable for two. This one is on our revisit list.

Beautiful property

Great location, beautiful property, perfect size for my husband and I. Very peaceful and quiet. You have access to the main pool at the marina which is nice but that pool fills up quickly. We will definitely be back.

Very clean condo. Just right for 2 people. Owner was very easy to get a hold of and very congenial. This is not the owner’s problem, but we arrived at night and it was hard to find the right complex and number, but we did eventually!

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. Great shower and plenty of storage room in large bedroom closet. Full kitchen and all kitchen appliances was a big help. Allen was the kindest and most accommodating of hosts, a pleasure to work with.

Small but pretty and comfortable condo was lovely. The condo was very clean and was sticked with all the amenities I needed. The Hosts were also very lovely, kind and very responsive. The location was perfect, the condo is close to the lake, golf course and the dog park.

Easy to find, clean, good communication with owner leading up to and during rental as minor questions arose. Would be helpful to have a couple of pillow options of varying thickness. Would definitely rent here again if I'm back in the area.

The rental was as advertised. The owner greeted me in person and I liked that. He was very helpful and answered my questions ..The people who live upstairs were noisy for a little while but did not interrupt my sleep.

Peaceful place

I have stayed here before just for a night. This time I stayed for 5 nights and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Plenty of space for me, my boyfriend, and my little dog. Very comfy bed and the shower is great. I love good water pressure. A very relaxing neighborhood to sit out on the patio and watch my dog run around. Also very friendly neighbors. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the area.

Allen’s VRBO was exactly as described. Perfect for a weekend stay. My daughter had a dance competition and his place was located very conveniently to the venue. Spacious living room for a blow up mattress as well. He made it feel very welcoming.

Great Place! Highly Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay it was just what we needed. We sold our house and needed a place to stay for a few weeks before we closed on our new one. The place was very clean and the owners were very helpful/responsive with any questions that came up. I would highly recommend this place and would consider staying here again for long weekends. It was very quiet and peaceful. The place was equipped with everything that we needed to be comfortable.
