Cozy and charming two bedroom, two bath condo nestled in the desired Walden on Lake Conroe community close to Margaritaville! A lovely, walking neighborhood with a marina, dog park, walking trails, children’s park, pools and two golf courses close by!

Relax by the Walden Yacht Club pool with a lake view or avoid the crowd with the neighborhood pool that gives limited access to our section only.

With over 7 restaurants within a 5 minute drive you have many options to chose from!

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Dumpster will be located at the end of the property either walking or driving you will make a right at the end of driveway and dumpster sits in a enclosed section.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

We do ask guest to kindly empty Grill out the next day once it has safely cooled down also Very important is the placement of grill before use..
Place the grill in the middle of the grass away from building due of open flames.
You will have to provide your own Charcoal and lighter fluid. please try to make sure the grass doesn't get severely damaged

Wedding Weekend

Used this condo to rest and get ready while attending a wedding in the area. Plenty of room, clean and well decorated.

Location was fine and met my needs as I was there on business primarily. However the large flat screen TV was precariously placed on a small table touching the foot of the bed in the ‘larger (master) bedroom. This was disconcerting. I saw a roach in the kitchen and a bathroom too. The posted picture made it look there was a pool on the premises and this was actually a picture of the community pool. All in all an ok place if you’re not spending much time inside. But it’s cramped. And having a bicycle crowding the ‘master’ closet did not help.

Great condo in an even better location

Well appointed condo near everything Lake Conroe has to offer. Owner has everything you could need. If I have any complaints, I brought a few linen items and the listing had mentioned an iron was provided, but could not locate it. I had other options to wrar, so no harm, no foul.
