Enjoy sitting on the back deck and watching the wildlife or simply enjoying the sound of the water rolling into the bulkhead. Conveniently park your boat along the boardwalk for easy access, right out the back door. We offer TWO stand-up paddle boards, outdoor and indoor games, floats, life jackets and easy access into the water! After a day on the water, unwind with some burgers off the outside grill or relax in the spacious living room with a 72" TV. This beautiful home offers close proximity to many wedding venues, lakeside restaurants, Montgomery TX museums, a winery, a brewery and shopping. Just 30 minutes to The Woodlands, TX, you will have plenty to keep you busy! This unique condo offers a wood burning fireplace and a private covered patio off the primary suite, located on the first floor. The primary bathroom offers a walk in shower and is suitable for someone with a disability. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs and share an adjoining bathroom.

2nd Vacation here

This was our second family vacation here and it was amazing both times. Lay out is perfect for families, water is right out the door, furniture is super comfortable throughout the unit- not one single complaint. Best place to stay!

This home was absolutely amazing!!!!Everything and more , than what was listed….Christi, the Host, was on top of everything and if you text or called her, She got back immediately to you!!!!I would highly recommend this place and being lakefront just topped it off!!!!!

The place was beautiful and beyond our expectation. Modern and the decor was just breath taking The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more! Towels, lake towels, life vests, and many floaties! Recommendations; more reliable tv viewing (working cable). Unable to enjoy the beautiful well equipped back porch because of extremely strong unpleasant dog poop smell and we are dog owners so it was bad!
