"This is hands down the most wonderful hotel in Barcelona. The building and rooms are beautiful and clean, the breakfast is free and delicious, and Tai is the friendliest host ever! The location is even better than any central places. It is 5 min walk from Park Guell and the metro station which gets you to all other spots very quickly. The local neighbourhood has the most authentic feel to it - definitely my favourite of all in Barcelona. "

"Maybe this was more because of how the information was presented on Expedia, but when I reserved my room I did NOT realize that it included only a shared and not a private bathroom. Had I known, I may have paid more for a room that had a bathroom, if possible, or looked elsewhere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the cleaning staff would come into the hallway very early in the morning and make noise. Just know what you're walking into before you book here. "We enjoyed our stay here very much! The room was so cute, the beds were very comfortable, it was quiet at night and the terrace was a nice bonus. The staff were all very nice and helpful, even helped us with our lugguge (no elevators). The location could not have been better, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still had lots of shops, plenty of dining options and was close to the beach! "
