"Better than the photos show. Middle of the heart of Lourmarin, but on a side street so very quiet. A little noisy some nights from the restaurant below, but the windows make it quiet. Not a big deal. Nice kitchen, counter spaces, comfy bed. Would definitely book here again."

"Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire, très serviable, vue sublime, salon et cuisine immenses et très agréables, piscine au top. Quelques points négatifs toutefois : chambres un cran en dessous (mais bonne literie), une seule sdb pour 4 chambres, pas de lave-mains dans les toilettes, pool house très mal aménagé, frigo américain qui ne fait pas de glaçons, pas d'ombre sur la terrasse."

"Lovely week in the beautiful Luberon staying in this small but charming functional house. Nice and clean, everything worked as intended although we didn’t venture into the pool. The bed in the lounge worked ok as a sofa but a sofa bed would be more comfortable. Nice and quiet in a rustic location with lovely views to the countryside beyond…"

"Enjoyed a lovely, relaxing final 2 weeks of the school holidays with our 3 teenage boys and 10-year old. We stayed in Le Cabanon and it was perfect. Some relaxing pool days and lots of sightseeing - so much to see in the local area. The owner Francois and his wife Emanuele were very helpful."

"The property has everything you will need. For myself personally although dogs are welcome on looking houses have dogs which when let out did bark quite a bit which prevented letting our dog out for periods of time. The family are very welcoming and the father spoke very good English."

"Magnifique! Pourquoi? Parce que par pure chance, tenant compte qu’il s’agit d’un choix du dernier moment, on s’est trouvé dans un endroit idéal pour nous. C’est vrai, on aime bien la nature, le calme et on ne cherche pas le luxe d’un hôtel 5*. On a trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait pour préparer nos repas. Un petit bémol pour le frigo, trop petit. On a seulement un peu bataillé avec les guêpes, vu qu’il s’agit d’une cuisine d’été. Retourner? C’est sur. !"

"Fantastic setting. Farmhouse simply furnished but perfect for children, with a real French feel. Pool nicely situated, so safe for young children. Pool overlooks vineyards with hills in the distance. Accommodation nicely situated between Apt and Rustrel as well as many other beautiful Provence towns. We will return one day. Loved it!"

"Perfect place to stay if you are in the neighbourhood or travelling by. We booked for 1 nigh but extended a second night as we enjoyed the place. Very calm and peaceful. Highly rrcommend."

"VRBO need to keep a check on these properties, because this one now, no longer looks as good in real life as what the photos show. On the plus side,this house has excellent WIFI,a great big freezer & large seperate fridge, great tv with Netfix, in English too, good selection of utensils in the kitchen & a lovely, but v v cold swimming pool, it leaks & needs topping up.We r campers, we are use to roughing it, but it was v disappointing when we first arrived. "The hotel tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible when their air-conditioning was broken down. A fan was placed in our room. They also offered us free breakfast. "
