, parking). The hotel looks like its best days are behind, not renewals in decades. Quirk issues with technology (on line check in is a waste of time, patent reading at the parking entrance did not work). Slow service at the restaurant for dinner. Good mattress and great shower, poor lighting. No phone chargers in one side of the bed. Great views from high floors. "

"Very unkept, with broken tap in the sink, a used bar of soap in the shower, a toilet paper roll in a plastic basket glued to the wall, with a third of the paper left; it stank of bleach, unfinished walls, broken marble in the stairs; no noise insulation…. Like out of a horror movie. First time we canceled a stay on the first day. This place is more like a cheap pension than a hotel; not even 1star. To describe this place as substandard is generous. "

"Diego was such an amazing host and did everything he could to make sure we had the best stay possible!!! The location was also super accessible and the bus stop is right outside the door. There’s a 24/7 convenient store a few feet away as well so you will always be able to get what you need. Highly recommend!!!"
