"The hot springs are really nice - lots of little pools to choose from plus a 'normal' pool too for swimming. The waterslide is fast! The grounds are lovely, with a viewpoint and a lake that you can swim in. It also has so much plant diversity around the grounds, it is so pretty. The rooms aren't super modern, but they are really lovely and comfortable. "

"Driving up the mountain to get to the hotel is not for the faint of heart, but it was worth it. The scenery is magical. The hotel is authentic and quirky in a good way. Do not recommend for those with mobility issues. "

Jaqueline is amazing constantly working on your stay to be the best of all. Jonathan, Joel , Francisco , Michael , Wilbert , cleaning ladies , drivers , every single person was amazing and she brill recommend 100 percent staying there. "Lovely chic unique modern hotel. Online check in, restaurant on site, breakfast included. Our room was in the rear of the hotel. We walked a winding pathway outside, past the restaurant and to our duplex room with cute chairs in a covered porch. Clean and bright room. "
