Welcome to Poggio Cuccule, a large and comfortable manor house situated 350 meters above sea level and surrounded by trees. This child-friendly property is located in a quiet and sunny spot in the countryside, just 7 kilometers from the center of Montevarchi and Montegonzi. It's also conveniently located 50 kilometers from the center of Florence and 45 kilometers from the center of Siena.

The property boasts a private, fenced natural garden of 3,000 square meters and a fenced property of 7,000 square meters. The stunning swimming pool measures 6 x 12 meters and has a depth of 90-190 centimeters. It's available seasonally from April 27th to October 11th. Other amenities include table tennis, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a fireplace. Inside the house, guests can enjoy internet access, a billiard table, and a washing machine. Linen is changed weekly, and room cleaning is available upon request for an extra fee. Please note that heating is available from November 1st to April 7th and must be paid for on-site.

The property is located near many attractions, including the Moto Cross Circuit Miravalle just 1 kilometer away. A car is recommended, and the property is suitable for families. Please note that the owner does not accept any youth groups. There is steep motor access (200 meters via unmade road), and parking is available on the premises. This lovely stone house was built at the end of the 18th century and is situated in a wonderful setting surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and forests in a nice panoramic position. The property features a main house that sleeps 10 and two outbuildings opposite it, each of which sleeps 6. When rented together, the property can accommodate up to 22 guests and offers a total of 430 square meters of living space. Guests can enjoy a wood-burning oven, organic fruits and vegetables, and local olive oil and wine that can be purchased on-site. Free logs are available, and it's possible to organize dinners on request for an additional fee. Guests can also arrange cookery courses and tasting of typical Tuscan wines for an extra charge. Next to the house, there is a small oak wood with a children's bowling area (2 x 9 meters) and an outdoor area for enjoying meals al fresco that measures 40 square meters.

Poggio Cuccule is a stunning 15-room villa that spans across 410 m2 and is spread out over two levels. The villa boasts beautiful and antique furnishings that add to its charm and elegance.

On the ground floor, guests are greeted with an entrance hall that leads to a loggia.

Moving to the upper floor, guests can relax in the small lounge area complete with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. There are four double bedrooms, one of which also features an open-hearth fireplace. Two of these bedrooms have their own shower/bidet/WC. There is also a twin bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with five hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, and also has a dining table to enjoy meals together. There are two additional showers/bidet/WC located on this level. The panoramic view of the countryside is breathtaking.

The villa also has a large room on the ground floor, measuring 32 m2, with an arch separating the billiard room from the living room. One of the bedrooms also has access (1.2 m in height) to a loft room with a rattan lounge. An extra single bed can be added to one of the bedrooms for an additional charge.

There are two annexes on the property. The first annex spans across 100 m2 and has two floors. The ground floor features a double bedroom and a dining/kitchen area with access to a covered patio (50 m2 with outdoor furniture). There is also a shower/bidet/WC located on this level. The first floor features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, and a shared shower/bidet/WC.

The second annex, also spanning 100 m2, has a large and sunny living room, kitchen, one double bedroom, and one shower/bidet/WC located on the ground floor. The first floor features one double and one twin bedroom, and a shared shower/bidet/WC.

Guests can enjoy the gazebo with furniture next to the swimming pool.
